Endeavour Partnership have experienced rapid growth since they began their law firm, growing to 10x their original size.

As part of this growth, they needed support to ensure continued success and to align their employees and business behind a strong purpose, and develop a strategic framework that would allow them to reach their goals.

Fit for the challenge, Brave and Heart worked closely with them to develop a tailored VMOST framework, which stands for Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategy and Tactics.

We developed and ran a series of workshops which allowed them to look within their firm to pull out their goals and define a strong vision and mission to rally behind, along with the objectives, strategy and tactics to make those goals a reality.

This VMOST framework will serve as a strong basis for their future, and will allow them to keep and attract the best talent while delivering the highest quality work to their clients
